At SIDR, your satisfaction is not a policy — it is our promise. We stand behind every product we sell, and we will always make things right.

 

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your SIDR purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit — your choice.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

·       Returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date

·       Unopened and unused items are accepted in full for a complete refund

·       Opened or partially used products are accepted if you are unsatisfied with results — we trust our customers

·       The product must be in its original packaging with all components present

·       Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

·       Soap bars or any body cleansing products once opened

·       Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage

·       Gift cards or promotional credits

·       Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase

 

How to Initiate a Return

Returning a product is simple and stress-free:

·       Step 1: Email us at returns@sidrbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return

·       Step 2: Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions

·       Step 3: Ship the item back using the prepaid label we provide (for KSA orders, return shipping is free)

·       Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days

 

Refund Processing Times

Once your return is approved:

·       Credit/debit card refunds: 3–5 business days

·       Mada card refunds: 3–7 business days

·       Tabby / Tamara BNPL: refund applied to your installment plan within 5 business days

·       Store credit: issued immediately upon return approval

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you — no return required.
