We know that waiting for a package you are excited about is not easy. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your SIDR order will reach you.

 

Processing Time

All SIDR orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement, Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are processed on the following Sunday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

Domestic Shipping — Saudi Arabia

·       Standard delivery (3–5 business days): 25 SAR

·       Express delivery (1–2 business days): 45 SAR

·       Free standard delivery on all orders above 300 SAR

Delivery is available to all regions of Saudi Arabia including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Mecca, Medina, Abha, Tabuk, and all other cities and governorates.

 

GCC Shipping

·       United Arab Emirates: 5–8 business days — 35 AED (free on orders above 200 AED)

·       Kuwait: 5–8 business days — 5 KWD

·       Bahrain: 5–8 business days — 5 BHD

·       Qatar: 5–8 business days — 45 QAR

·       Oman: 7–10 business days — 5 OMR

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

·       An email confirmation with your tracking number and a direct tracking link

·       A WhatsApp message with your tracking link (if you provided a WhatsApp number at checkout)

·       An estimated delivery date based on your location

You can also track your order at any time by logging into your SIDR account or by contacting us via WhatsApp.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on delivery is available for all domestic Saudi Arabia orders. A COD handling fee of 10 SAR applies. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

 

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate immediately. We will always make it right.
